CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS Last updated September 27, 2026

PetRank ("we," "us," or "our") maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our Services at https://www.pet-rank.com and in the PetRank app. This policy exists independently of, and in addition to, the general prohibited-conduct terms in our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

  1. ZERO TOLERANCE

PetRank does not allow any content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. This includes, without limitation:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, including AI-generated or otherwise synthetic depictions of minors that are sexual in nature.

Sexualization of minors, including content that depicts, describes, or presents a minor in a manner emphasizing sexual characteristics or conduct.

Grooming, meaning conduct intended to build a relationship with a minor, or with an account believed to belong to a minor, for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.

Sextortion, meaning threatening or coercing anyone with sexual imagery of a minor for money, further imagery, or any other purpose.

Trafficking or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes, and any facilitation, advertisement, or arrangement of such activity.

Any other sexual exploitation or endangerment of a minor, whether or not listed above.

This applies to all content submitted to the Services, including pet photos, profile content, comments, and any other user Contributions, and to all conduct on or facilitated by the Services.

  1. WHO CAN USE THE SERVICES

Consistent with our Terms & Conditions, the Services are not directed at, and are not knowingly made available to, children under 18. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to hold an account or submit Contributions.

  1. REPORTING

If you encounter content or behavior on PetRank that you believe violates this policy, report it immediately to privacy@pet-rank.com with as much detail as possible (a link or description of the content, the account involved, and when you encountered it). We review CSAE reports as a priority and will not require you to attempt to resolve the issue with the other party first.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement or emergency services directly.

  1. OUR RESPONSE

Where we identify or receive a credible report of CSAE, we will:

Remove the content and take enforcement action against the account, up to and including immediate, permanent removal from the Services, without prior notice.

Preserve relevant records as required to support a law enforcement investigation.

Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline.org and to law enforcement, as required by applicable law, and cooperate with lawful investigations and requests from these authorities.

We do not notify a reported account that a CSAE report has been made about it.

  1. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THESE STANDARDS?

We may update these Child Safety Standards as our policies, tooling, or legal obligations evolve. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Material changes will not weaken our commitment to a zero-tolerance policy on CSAE.
